Our Refund Policy:

All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to provide any refunds or exchanges for any wine purchased from us, except in unique event in which you feel that a bottle is “corked” or “off”. In these rare instances, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Information:

  1. Currently our wines are available in retail outlets in the following states: California, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Georgia and North Carolina. We are more than happy to ship wines to you directly (depending on your state’s direct shipping law).
  2. No orders are shipped without you first confirming your shipping or delivery arrangements.
  3. All wines must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
  4. Delivery is available throughout California and to many states.
  5. If you live outside California, please ask us if we can ship to your state.
