2016 marks the third release of a rosé wine from Black Sheep Finds. This wine is made from 100% Syrah from Sebastiano Vineyard, the same source as our Holus Bolus Syrah. The grapes were harvested early to maintain freshness and acidity and the juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel for about 4 months before bottling. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and has a finished alcohol of 12.5%.
We love drinking dry rosé wines here in California and they can be enjoyed all year long. Only 75 cases produced, $20.
